Task: 1.2.2 - Validate Client's Expectations
Validate what the client expects of the engagement and what he wants to achieve with the engagement. Expectations regard the various aspects of the engagement like: Time, List of deliverables (indicative), Effort, List of persons/stakeholders which will be involved and/or consulted and expectations that have been set by others.

In an earlier client contact with sales or account management, it is possible that expectations have been raised. Address these expectations and what will be done with them. The used terminology can be either the client's as well as Capgemini's as long as both parties have a common understanding of what the client's expectations are.
